Macpherson Kelley welcomes commercial principal
Macpherson Kelley has confirmed a commercial expert with over 20 years’ experience has joined the firm as a principal.
Sarah Johnson has joined Macpherson Kelley as its newest principal in the commercial team.

Ms Johnson is based in Sydney and joins from Piper Alderman where she was a partner. She brings two decades’ experience, advising on the full spectrum of matters across commercial law, governance and structuring, intellectual property, private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and information technology matters.
Throughout her career, Ms Johnson has worked with privately held companies, start-ups, investors and individuals across a variety of sectors, including heavy industry, information technology, biotech, manufacturing and FMCG.
Macpherson Kelley national managing principal lawyer Grant Guenther welcomed Ms Johnson to the firm.
