Coulter Roache welcomes esteemed principal

The Victorian-headquartered law firm has appointed a new principal lawyer, who brings an extensive background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Bellbrae-based David Galbally AM QC has joined Coulter Roache this month, where he will focus on litigation and general commercial legal advice. His new role sees him based at Coulter Roache’s Geelong and Surf Coast offices. 

The appointment of Mr Galbally makes him one of few QCs currently practising as a lawyer within Australia, with his experience set to prove valuable to Coulter Roache, according to managing principal Anne O'Loughlin.

Mr Galbally, who in addition to his new role chairs the Industry Superannuation Fund, said he’s excited to join a firm with a distinguished presence in the Victorian market.
