Her new role sees her based primarily in Creevey Russell’s Toowoomba and Brisbane-based offices, however she will also take to the firm’s Roma office on occasion.
“Ainsley has always been intrigued by life’s big moments and helping people navigate both happy and more challenging times,” Creevey Russell principal Dan Creevey said.
“Ainsley works with clients to clarify and define their objectives and desired outcomes, taking time to explain and guide each client through all stages of estate planning to produce documentation that both achieves client’s objectives and also protects against the risk of future claims and disputes against their estates.
“Ainsley is also an experienced estate litigator capable of acting quickly and decisively to protect client’s rights. She also has a history as a litigation guardian, and has been appointed to act for children or adults with reduced capacity in litigation matters to protect their interest in an estate.”
Ms Savage said she was thrilled for her next career opportunity at Creevey Russell.
“I am very excited about the opportunities with Creevey Russell Lawyers and to work with our clients to achieve successful outcomes,” she said.
“In my experience, estate planning is critical for everybody but particularly for those who have spent a lifetime working on the land and have specific plans for the way their assets should pass.”
