Deal: Hamilton Locke has advised Pollination in respect of its strategic partnership with ANZ, including ANZ’s US$50 million investment in Pollination.

Value: US$50 million.

Key players: The deal was supported by partner James Delesclefs.

Deal significance: Commenting on the transaction, Mr Delesclefs said the firm was delighted to have supported Pollination on the “market-leading transaction”.

“The new energy and carbon markets sector is of key strategic significance with us. With its global reach, critical social purpose, fast changing and complex regulatory framework, it is a very satisfying area to our firm’s practitioners and a journey we are honoured to be sharing with Pollination,” Mr Delesclefs said.
