NEW SENIOR associate Hayden Martin has moved across to Addisons from rival firm DLA Phillips Fox.

Joining the firm’s litigation team, Martin brings a wealth of commercial litigation experience including large scale Part IV Trade Practices Act disputes, insolvency and all facets of general commercial litigation.

He will team up with partners Martin O’Connor and Karen Hayne, who joined Addisons from Coudert Brothers in April 2004 and currently head the litigation team.

“[Martin] is a strategic addition to the team and his effective and perceptive response to clients’ needs certainly complements the Addisons approach to its clients,” O’Connor said.
