Kells grows family law practice
Kells has expanded its family law offering in Sydney and Illawarra with the addition of a new lawyer who has a variety of experience in the space.
Lawyer Sam Beasley will join Kells’ family law team – and the firm said the appointment would build on the firm’s strong Illawarra and Sydney family and children law capabilities and provide further opportunities to assist clients across the Shoalhaven and the Southern Highlands.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr Beasley was based at a Sydney central business district law firm where he specialised exclusively in family law providing representation and advice to people and families in conflict following the breakdown of relationships.
Commenting on the appointment, Peter Chodat, partner and lead of the Kells Sydney and Illawarra family law practice, said that he was pleased to welcome the newest team member.
“Sam’s mix of expertise across a whole range of family law issues bolsters our service offering to clients and will complement our existing family team perfectly,” he said.
“As a firm we invest in our people and our focus has always been on finding the right people who share our values and who demonstrate excellence in client service, personal skills, teamwork and initiative. Sam reflects all these qualities.”
