SME firm Jewell Hancock has promoted two lawyers, in a move to boost firm growth.
Jewell Hancock Employment Lawyers has elevated two within the firm. Sam Nottle has been promoted to the position of senior associate and Michael Kriewaldt to associate.

According to the firm, these promotions reflect principals Andrew Jewell and Trent Hancock’s commitment to “creating an environment where employees are motivated to perform and feel valued, in turn leading to both firm and individual growth”.
Mr Nottle and Mr Kriewaldt both have extensive experience managing a range of employment matters in courts and tribunals across Australia, including frequently appearing in the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Jewell Hancock principal Andrew Jewell said the promotions reflect their professional development and results achieved for the firm.
“Sam and Michael were our first two employees and have worked very hard to contribute to the firm’s success so we are really pleased to be able to see them grow and develop into leaders of the firm,” he said.
