“With my focus on building long-term, sustainable partnerships with clients based on delivering practical advice and solutions that reflect their values and appetite for risk, I am confident that my skill set will add value to the firm, not only in Western Australia but nationally.”

KR managing partner Alice DeBoos said that Beth’s appointment reflects the depth of legal skill she has brought to the Perth office.

“Her deep experience in critical and complex incidents where her ability to guide clients through all aspects of incident response is highly valued,” said Ms DeBoos, “especially when coupled with her ability to be able to offer outcomes-focussed advice across the full spectrum of workplace, industrial relations human resources and work health and safety matters”.

“She is truly a trusted advisor to our clients, and a valued sounding board on people issues.

“We are very pleased to appoint Beth a partner in the Perth office and know that she will make a fabulous contribution to the future of the firm and our offering to clients.”
