She is a dedicated member of the METEC board, a Melbourne-based not-for-profit providing and lobbying for professional advanced driver training throughout Victoria, and is currently serving her second term as president of the Eastern Solicitors Law Association (ESLA).

Harry Gill, founding principal at Robinson Gill, congratulated Ms Richards on her promotion.

“First and foremost, since joining Robinson Gill, Jacinta has been an instrumental member of our firm’s injury law practice. Impressively, she has gone above and beyond to grow our TPD team from the ground up,” Mr Gill said.

“Jacinta has helped countless seriously ill and injured clients access vital support payments to get their lives back on track. We congratulate her wholeheartedly on her promotion!”

Commenting on her new role, Ms Richards said: “I am thrilled to accept my position as a principal lawyer.

“I am immensely proud of what our team has achieved over recent years, and with the ongoing support of the partnership, I am excited to achieve greater outcomes for the injured people of Victoria as we move into the future.”
