“With a focus on resolving matters through alternative dispute resolution, Rachael is a well-respected advocate before the Victorian judiciary. She has an impressive track record of successes in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, magistrates, county, and supreme courts,” the firm said in a statement.

Ms Patsouris is in the firm’s family law team and specialises in high-conflict parenting and property disputes.

“She has gained a reputation for consistently delivering successful results and empowering her clients to navigate the complexities of post-separation conflict,” the firm said.

Speaking about the promotions, Robinson Gill founding principal Harry Gill said: “As our litigation and family law teams continue to grow from strength to strength, we are incredibly proud of the calibre of talent coming up through our ranks.

“Rachael and Roneea are both exceptional lawyers, and I have no doubt that they will continue to excel as principals of the firm.”
