KCL names new principal
Melbourne-based full-service firm KCL Law has elevated its head of property to the role of principal.
Morgan Scholz (pictured) has been named as a principal at KCL Law, which the firm said is a recognition of his “high level of expertise, dedication, and contribution”.

He joined the firm as a senior associate in its property team in 2019 and was appointed head of that practice in early 2020.
“Since coming on board, Morgan has admirably shaped and led the property team and fostered a collaborative and inclusive work environment,” the firm proclaimed.
“Morgan’s deep understanding of property law, coupled with a client-centred approach, has resulted in positive outcomes for clients and contributed to the firm’s continued success.”
Mr Scholz will continue to head up the firm’s property practice.
