Mr Kingston spent 34 years at HopgoodGanim as its COO and also served as its chief risk officer earlier this year.

He brings, Rose Litigation said in a statement, a “wealth of experience and expertise” to his new role.

The appointment took effect earlier this week, on 31 July 2023.
