Bartier Perry partner joins Macpherson Kelley as a principal
Mid-market firm Macpherson Kelley has appointed a new principal for its property and construction team.
Craig Munter (pictured) has joined Macpherson Kelley and will be based in the firm’s Sydney office.
He brings with him, Macpherson Kelley said in a statement, over 25 years of experience and his depth of knowledge has allowed him to deliver successful outcomes for a range of significant clients, including private individuals, corporations, property trusts and developers.
The news follows the firm’s appointment of a Maddocks special counsel as a new principal in September, its naming of a new chief people officer in August, and its promotion of 13 lawyers to more senior roles in July.
Mr Munter said: “In an era where property law intersects with many industries, it is important to have a holistic view of property transactions that consider current trends and future challenges.”
The firm’s national managing principal, Grant Guenther, added: “Our clients are frequently interacting with increasingly complex and valuable issues relating to their real estate needs and investments.
“Craig’s proven ability to navigate complex property transactions is a great asset to our firm and our clients. We are really excited for Craig to join.”
