Anna-Britt Kjellgren and David Isaac (both pictured) have both been elevated to the partnership at Mullins Lawyers, bringing “a wealth of experience” exceeding 10 years in insurance litigation and specialisation in workers’ compensation, public liability, and compulsory third-party claims, the firm said.
Ms Kjellgren has been at the firm for almost four years, having been made senior associate in June 2022. Mr Isaac has worked at Mullins for seven and a half years and became a senior associate in December 2021.
Speaking about the promotions, Mullins’ insurance practice group leader, Cameron Seymour, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Anna-Britt and David to the partnership.
“Their extensive experience and proven track record in insurance litigation make them invaluable assets to our firm.
“Both individuals have played a pivotal role in elevating the reputation of our insurance practice, and we are confident that their promotion to partner will further strengthen our capabilities.”
The firm added that Ms Kjellgren and Mr Isaac will play “key roles” in shaping the future direction of Mullins Lawyers, as their leadership and deep understanding of the intricacies of insurance litigation “will undoubtedly enhance the firm’s ability to meet the evolving needs of clients in an ever-changing legal landscape”.
