KCL Law promotes 5

Melbourne-based firm KCL Law has promoted five outstanding lawyers across multiple practice areas.

KCL has named a new special counsel, a new senior associate, and three new associates. The promotions were effective on 1 July.

Daniel Bean, in the firm’s workplace and employment relations team, is its newest special counsel, and Ainsley Atkins, in its estate group, is the newest senior associate.

Elsewhere, Catherine Emmerton, Ian Liu, and Kylie Marotta have all been elevated to associate.

Speaking about the promotions, KCL chief executive Davina Onas said: “These promotions are well deserved and recognise each individual’s respective talent, knowledge, and experience, along with their dedication and commitment to their clients.”

The firm further noted that its principals and staff “congratulate them all on their respective appointments and look forward to their continued success with the firm”.
