Vivianne Wilson-Tonscheck has become the firm’s newest partner, four years after joining as a senior associate.

Principal Clare Creevey said Wilson-Tonscheck consistently provided “exceptional” leadership and became “an integral part of the team”.

“She is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for clients and their families,” Creevey said.

“She is an effective, capable advocate and holds a genuine interest in the outcome of client’s matters.”

Wilson-Tonscheck’s expertise includes divorce, separation, property settlements, binding financial agreements, de facto relationships, children’s matters and child support.

Although based primarily in Toowoomba, Wilson-Tonscheck regularly travels to Brisbane and regional Queensland for her matters.

Prior to commencing her legal career 16 years ago, Wilson-Tonscheck served in the Royal Australian Air Force.

Commenting on her new role, Wilson-Tonscheck said becoming a partner “is a great honour and very exciting”.

“I have a passion for family law,” Wilson-Tonscheck said.

“I take immense satisfaction from resolving matters for clients, whether it be by way of negotiation or through the conduct of court proceedings.”
