In addition to one new partner, specialist defendant personal injury firm IDP Lawyers has promoted one lawyer to senior associate and two others to associate.
IDP Lawyers promoted Stephanie Ng to the role of partner in a move it said recognises her emerging leadership and consistent delivery of “excellent outcomes” for government clients.
The Melbourne-based firm specialises in defendant personal injury matters and has a longstanding relationship with WorkSafe Victoria.
It is also a member of the Victorian Government Legal Services Panel, which offers quality, cost-effective legal services.
Joining Ng in the promotion round is Stephanie Chui, who was elevated to senior associate.
Nicole Salemme and James Buaban were both made associate.
The firm said the promotions reflect its focus on cultivating “a high-performing and supportive workplace” for thriving lawyers.
Wayne Morphett, chair of partners, said IDP Lawyers was proud to acknowledge and reward its rising stars.
“These promotions reflect not only individual excellence but our broader commitment to building a diverse, dynamic and future-focused firm,” Morphett said.
“We’re proud to support our people as they grow their careers with us, and we congratulate Stephanie, Stephanie, Nicole and James on their well-deserved success.”
