Two lawyers and a conveyancer have moved from Gadens to McGilvray, a commercial firm based in Canberra.
Liam Kelly, Caitlin Naumann and Phillip Hansen have joined McGilvray’s growing team from Gadens.
McGilvray said each of the new hires has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the commercial and property sectors.
“Liam, Caitlin and Phillip share McGilvray’s commitment to delivering exceptional, client-focused legal services, and their new arrival marks an exciting step in the firm’s rapid growth,” the firm said.
Kelly has joined as a lawyer, and Naumann has joined as a conveyancer, both on the property team.
Their combined experience and dedication will strengthen the firm’s growth in the property sector and ensure the buying and selling process is smooth from start to finish, McGilvray said.
Hansen has come on board as an associate in the commercial team.
He brings a strong technical expertise that aligns with McGilvray’s focus on providing clear, practical legal and commercial solutions.
Hansen has prided himself on helping clients navigate complex legal issues while protecting their interests, and cutting through legal jargon to offer direct, strategic advice.
“These exciting additions mark McGilvray’s continued commitment to offer top-tier advice with the care of a boutique practice,” the firm said.
