Citation Group has promoted Lisa Qiu to partner in its legal team.

Qiu has more than a decade of legal experience and has practised in employment law since 2015. She joined Citation Legal (part of Citation Group) in April 2024, after working as a senior associate at Norton Rose Fulbright and Coleman Greig Lawyers.

Qiu specialises in advising on workplace compliance, breaches of confidentiality, restraints of trade, and workplace investigations including sexual harassment and discrimination claims.

“I am really excited to be taking on this new role and I’m looking forward to helping with the growth and strategy of our legal team and Citation Group as a whole,” she said.

“I’m a believer in building strong and genuine connections with clients, helping us to deliver the highest quality services tailored to their individual needs.”

Commenting on the promotion, partner and executive manager of Citation Legal Bianca Seeto said: “We’re so pleased to see Lisa promoted to the partnership of our legal team. Her expertise in both employment and migration law adds considerable weight to the advice we can provide to our clients and I’m looking forward to seeing Lisa make her mark as a partner.”
