Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP) has bolstered its partnership with the promotion of personal injury lawyer Nickelle Morris, just one year after she joined the firm’s Gold Coast office.

In a statement, the Queensland commercial law firm said Morris was promoted to the partnership in recognition of her “consistently demonstrated exceptional legal expertise, unwavering dedication to client advocacy, and a deep commitment to justice”.

With more than 20 years of experience in personal injury law, she has developed broad expertise in motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and public liability claims.

Morris’s promotion brings the number of personal injury accredited specialists at TSP to eight, which the firm noted is the “highest number” of accredited specialists held by any law firm in Queensland.

Speaking about her new role, Morris expressed her deep passion for personal injury law and her enthusiasm for the continued growth and strengthening of the firm’s Gold Coast office.

“I’m passionate about delivering dedicated, empathetic, and expert legal services that prioritise the client’s wellbeing and rehabilitation. Our team on the Gold Coast has gone from strength to strength, and it has been hugely rewarding building on relationships across the region and sharing the TSP values and expertise,” Morris said.

Travis Schultz, managing partner at TSP, said Morris’ promotion highlights her dedication to clients and positive impact on the community, while also reflecting the firm’s long-term vision for personal injury law.

“Nickelle’s expedited elevation to partner reflects her dedication to her clients, expertise and leadership abilities. Her exceptional experience and alignment with our values make her a perfect fit for leadership here at TSP, and since joining our Gold Coast team, she has proven her unwavering dedication to this firm and the community,” Schultz said.

“Her promotion reflects our continuing commitment to building a team of highly qualified experts who share our vision of a fairer approach to personal injury law.”

This news follows the firm’s promotion of a special counsel to its Brisbane office earlier in the month, hiring a lawyer for its compensation team in mid-April, and the appointment of an associate lawyer in Cairns in February.
