Delaney Roberts Specialist Family Lawyers has promoted Monique Allan (pictured) to special counsel and Tayleh Soames (pictured) to senior associate solicitor, both based in the firm’s Sydney office.

In a statement, the NSW-based law firm shared that this move is reflective of both lawyers’ “exceptional legal expertise, dedication to clients, and consistent achievement of strong outcomes in complex family law matters”.

With over 10 years of experience in the legal field, Allan has been with Delaney Roberts for more than five years, during which she progressed through the ranks, holding roles as Associate Solicitor and Senior Associate Solicitor.

Soames has been with the family law firm for over a year, initially joining as an Associate Solicitor.

Prior to joining Delaney Roberts, she worked as an associate at Penmans Lawyers, a solicitor at Cater O’Neill Legal, and served as a paralegal at both East Coast Family Lawyers and Papantoniou Blake Lawyers.

Speaking on the pair's promotion, Anna Roberts, managing director of Delaney Roberts, praised the pair for their professionalism and dedication to making a positive impact on both clients and the firm.

“Monique and Tayleh’s promotions reflect their commitment to excellence and the positive impact they continue to have on our clients and our team,” Roberts said.
