Paul Rojas and Dean Alexander (pictured) have joined forces to officially launch RA Law Group, their standalone law firm dedicated to providing practical, commercially focused solutions for businesses.

The firm, with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, specialises in commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, construction disputes, debt recovery, and commercial advisory work.

In a statement, RA Law Group noted that the rise of standalone law firms reflects a “growing trend” of senior lawyers leaving traditional firm models to create their own “agile, business-driven practices”.

The pair were both former partners at Rostron Carlyle Rojas Lawyers, where they collectively spent over 23 years at the SME law firm.

Rojas shared that they founded the new practice to give businesses more from their lawyers, offering commercially minded advice and strategic guidance tailored to their needs.

“We built RA Law Group for businesses that demand more from their lawyers,” Rojas said.

“Clients these days want commercially minded advice and strategy.”

Heading the firm’s insolvency and restructuring division, Alexander explained that their approach prioritises clarity and practicality to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

“Our approach is simple,” Alexander said.

“We tackle disputes and restructurings head-on, with practical advice and clarity in our fee structure. Businesses deserve direct access to senior lawyers who think like owners – that’s what we deliver.”
