Simon Clinch has been appointed special counsel and head of family law in Sydney at Delaney Roberts.

The move has strengthened the specialist family law firm’s leadership as it continues to expand across the Sydney market.

Clinch has more than 15 years of experience in family law and has practised in two of Australia’s leading family law firms.

Based in the eastern suburbs, Clinch has acted for a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family business owners, professional athletes and public figures.

He has also worked in complex parenting disputes and has significant experience in “sophisticated” property matters, including family businesses, trusts, intergenerational wealth, and allegations of asset dissipation.

Clinch will support the Sydney team’s continued growth.
