A special counsel, two senior associates, and one associate have been promoted across Travis Schultz & Partners’ Queensland offices.
Candice Heisler was elevated to special counsel, Karla Macpherson and Libby Thomas to senior associate, and Aiden Warneke to associate in the firm’s Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast offices.
Managing partner Travis Schultz OAM said the promotions reflect individual excellence and the firm’s broader commitment to developing specialist personal injury practitioners.
“These promotions reflect more than hard work and technical legal ability; they recognise the judgement, compassion and dedication needed to support our clients through some of the most difficult periods of their lives,” Schultz said.
Heisler joined Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP) in 2023 and now has 15 years of experience in compensation law, including across motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation, public liability and medical negligence matters, and complex and catastrophic injury claims.
Macpherson is known for her diligent approach and for guiding clients through the challenges and complexities within the claims process.
Thomas advocates for clients with precision and empathy, drawing on a background in healthcare and sharp legal acumen.
Warneke, who has been with the firm since 2020 and was admitted in 2023, is valued for her legal knowledge, client-focused approach, and ability to support clients navigating serious injury and trauma.
“We’re proud to be growing a team of industry-leading experts who not only achieve strong results, but do so in a way that genuinely puts clients first. Strengthening that capability across Queensland remains a key focus for our firm,” Schultz said.
