Specialist boutique law firm Velocity Legal has strengthened its leadership ranks by elevating a senior commercial lawyer to director.
Following several years as a senior commercial lawyer at Velocity Legal, Robert Osler (pictured) has been elevated to director.
In a statement, Velocity Legal said the elevation reflects Osler’s significant impact on the firm, the trust he has earned from clients and colleagues, and the leadership role he continues to play within its commercial practice.
The specialist boutique firm described Osler as a “highly regarded senior commercial lawyer” with extensive experience advising founders, private companies, business owners and growing enterprises on a broad range of complex commercial matters.
His practice spans major mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance advisory and complex commercial contract negotiations, where he supports clients through critical business decisions and growth opportunities.
Beyond his client work, Osler has been recognised for his contribution to developing emerging talent at Velocity Legal, where he supports junior lawyers through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to building their technical skills and commercial judgement.
