Hayley Condon has been elevated to Attwood Marshall Lawyers’ partnership, over a decade after after she joined the firm from Charles Cooper Lawyers and Primrose Couper Cronin Rudkin

Condon has more than 20 years of legal experience and is known for her combination of technical excellence and genuine compassion.

This includes taking the time to assist a distressed client during a difficult changeover or assisting them with heightened emotions around trials.

Legal practice director Jeff Garrett said Condon “embodies everything we value as a firm”.

“She is an exceptional lawyer, but more importantly, she is someone who truly cares about the people she represents.

“Family law in particular requires strength, empathy, and resilience, and Hayley brings all of that to her role every day. We are incredibly proud to welcome her to the partnership,” Garrett said.

Condon’s practice includes matrimonial and de facto property matters, financial agreements, parenting disputes, and divorce applications.

This is in addition to complex estate planning, working with high-net-worth clients, and intricate entity structures.

Condon said this promotion was the culmination of over two decades of being dedicated to her career in law, especially family law and estates planning.

“Looking ahead, my goal is to keep building on the strong foundations we have in both family law and wills and estates departments, so we can continue helping people through some of the most difficult periods of their lives and give them confidence their affairs are in order for the future,” Condon said.

In this role, Condon will continue to lead the firm’s family law department, oversee the estate planners, and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction.
