Her work has spanned across FMCG, technology, education, pharmaceuticals, property, real estate, and government.

Karoumbalis has advised organisations on strategic development, commercialisation and enforcement of valuable intellectual property.

Her practice has also included commercial contracting, technology and digital projects, consumer law compliance, privacy and data protection, procurement matters, and advising real estate agencies and industry participants on commercial and compliance issues impacting their operations.

“Viviane has built an excellent reputation for delivering practical, commercially focused advice.

“Her appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in areas of growing importance to our clients and strengthening our full-service commercial offering,” Karvela said.
