Karly McLaren was admitted in 2023 with around 20 years of deep experience across workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accident and public liability claims, which she has since brought with her to the associate role at Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP).

She is particularly well known for her client care, advocacy, and work across complex matters, including for catastrophic injuries.

With a combination of technical expertise and practical guidance, McLaren said she is driven to assist her clients “through what can be one of the most difficult periods of their lives”.

“At TSP, there is a genuine focus on putting clients first and pursuing fair and just outcomes with integrity and compassion,” she said.

“Those values align closely with my own approach to practice, and I’m excited to be part of a team that shares that commitment.”

Special counsel and Brisbane leader Sarah Grace said McLaren brings to the firm “technical skill, empathy and a determination to achieve the best possible outcomes” and has consistently contributed “positive energy to every matter she handles”.

“Her experience, coupled with her unwavering commitment to her clients, makes her a genuinely valuable addition to our Brisbane team,” Grace said.

“We are delighted to welcome he to the firm and look forward to seeing the positive contribution she will make for our clients and the broader community.”
