A FORMER porn star who is considering running for senate in her home state of Louisiana, Stormy Daniels, (real name Stephanie Clifford) was ar

rested recently for domestic violence after she allegedly assaulted her husband. His crime? She "was upset because of the way the laundry was done".

Daniels/Clifford told police she did not deliberately hit her husband on his head, but admitted that she had thrown a pot plant, the couple's wedding

album and some candles about.

Interestingly, Clifford decided to challenge Republican David Vitter for his Louisiana Senate seat next year after the incumbent admitted to patronising a prostitution business. Daniels/Clifford had decided to adopt as her slogan "Stormy Daniels: Screwing People Honestly".

Folklaw wonders whether Daniels has heard that it can be damaging to political aspirations to have your dirty laundry aired in public.
