Formerly based in DLA Piper's Melbourne office, Crean has broad corporate transaction experience in both public and private treaty M&As, along with equity capital markets, contracts and corporate governance expertise.

As part of his new role he will work closely with the Perth finance & projects team, providing corporate expertise in connection with mining and other major projects.

Joint Asia-Pacific head of DLA Piper's corporate practice, David Morris, said “The move reflects our aim to provide clients with seamless support across Australia and around the globe. An enhanced corporate capability in Perth is an important part of that full-service offering.”
