Piper man goes west
DLA Piper has made a strategic transfer, appointing recently-promoted special counsel Andrew Crean to work alongside M&A and oil and gas specialist partner Andrew Johnstone.

Formerly based in DLA Piper's Melbourne office, Crean has broad corporate transaction experience in both public and private treaty M&As, along with equity capital markets, contracts and corporate governance expertise.

As part of his new role he will work closely with the Perth finance & projects team, providing corporate expertise in connection with mining and other major projects.
