David McIntosh, an insolvency and restructuring law specialist, has returned to Gadens as a partner after spending six years in London with CMS.
McIntosh’s time in London included a secondment with Lloyds Banking Group, where he was part of a relationship banking team specifically tasked with helping Lloyds corporate customers navigate through the financial climate.
“David is an exceptionally skilled insolvency and restructuring lawyer and we’re excited to be welcoming him back to Gadens. This appointment is an important recognition of the changing needs of our clients in the prevailing economic climate,” said Bates.
