Senior real estate and infrastructure lawyer Greg McHugh has joined Shaw Reynolds as a special counsel.

Shaw Reynolds is a boutique property development, local and state government, environment and planning law firm.

McHugh has more than 25 years’ experience acting for many of Australia’s top corporate and government clients in the Sydney and national markets.

He specialises in property and infrastructure development and management, leasing, sales and acquisitions.  He has particular expertise in establishing and project-managing complex due diligence transactions.

Shaw Reynolds’ managing partner Chris Shaw said:

“We are extremely pleased to have Greg join us.  Being a boutique practice, his decision to join us confirms our philosophy that top-tier skills are not just found in top-tier firms.

“Greg has been servicing a number of the infrastructure and state government clients that we also service and, with our overheads being significantly less than top-tier firms, our clients can now utilise Greg’s skills at significantly reduced costs.”
