Justin Whealing talks to two of Australia’s leading female lawyers, who were both presented with trophies at this year’s Women in Law Awards, about how to improve diversity in the profession.

Anne-Marie Allgrove from Baker & McKenzie, who accepted the Taylor Root Law Firm Diversity Award on behalf of her firm, and Sandy Mak from Corrs Chambers Westgarth, who won the Female Partner Award, share their thoughts, insights and the reasons they love the law.
