The national managing partner of Sparke Helmore, Jesse Webb, has been re-appointed to the role for another three years.

Webb was first appointed to the role in July 2009. He initially focused on developing, through extensive consultation, a realistic, strategic plan for the firm.

The plan was passed by the board in his first year and he has since driven its implementation to bring about cultural change and improved management practices.

Sparkes has also achieved growth in practice size, client base and market recognition for its key practice areas of insurance, government, work health and safety and commercial, as well as establishing a national corporate group.

“I’m delighted to extend my term as national managing partner at Sparke Helmore, as I’m keen to build on many of the initiatives we have in place to improve our clients’ and teams’ experiences of working with Sparke Helmore,” said Webb.
