The firm has attracted former Australian Business Lawyers managing partner Tim Capelin to its workplace relations team. 

He becomes a consultant in the Sydney office of Piper Alderman, joining former Australian Business Lawyers colleague Sharlene Wellard, who joined as partner in the employment relations team last year.

Capelin has expertise in all areas of workplace law, with a particular emphasis on strategic advice, enterprise bargaining, managing collective disputes and senior executive matters.
