The firm attributes high levels of corporate activity to the hire, which coincides with the appointment of a lawyers from boutique firm O'Hallorans Corporate Lawyers.  

Niva Yoganathan, has moved to Sydney from Melbourne where she was a solicitor at Middletons. She has particular experience in advising on equity capital markets transactions and corporate structuring. 

Matthew Pieterse has also joined Gadens Lawyers from boutique firm O'Hallorans Corporate Lawyers and will be working in the capital markets and corporate advisory space.
