NAB solicitor quits to join Rockwell Olivier

Troy Palmer has joined Rockwell Olivier’s estate planning and private client service practice in Melbourne as a principal.

Palmer (pictured) left NAB after eight years as the bank’s trustees and accredited specialist in wills & estates.

He has 14 years’ experience in estate planning, administration and trustee arrangements.

He has represented high-net worth and ultra-high-net worth clients on matters including succession of related corporates, self-managed super funds and trust structures.

Prior to taking the position at NAB, Palmer worked for O R Bulka & Co Solicitors in Essendon.

Rockwell Olivier, which is part of the ASX-listed ILH Group, was created when four boutique firms merged last year.

In the first quarter of 2014, Rockwell Olivier merged with Perth firm, Civic Legal.

Earlier this year Rockwell Olivier lost senior lawyer, special counsel Louis van Aardt, to Kott Gunning Lawyers.
