Deal significance: Aventus Property Group has completed the transaction of three bulky goods centres in Victoria, NSW and Queensland.

This matter involved three separate vendors and simultaneous settlements in Sydney and Melbourne, and was related to the recent listing of the Aventus Retail Property Fund.
