Thomson Geer appoints new partner
Thomson Geer has welcomed the arrival of a new partner, who joins the firm’s corporate and M&A team.
Emma Cook commenced her new role at Thomson Geer’s Brisbane office on 8 November, specialising in equity and debt capital markets.

In addition to this specialisation, Ms Cook also advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate advisory matters, according to a statement from the firm. She holds particular expertise advising clients in the energy and resources, technology, agriculture, infrastructure, retail and manufacturing sectors, the statement added.
Thomson Geer chief executive partner Adrian Tembel congratulated Ms Cook on her new role, saying she is a welcome addition to the firm.
“We are pleased to welcome Emma to our firm, she is looking forward to working with Equity Capital Market specialist Eugene Fung who is also Brisbane based, and of course her former colleagues Matthew Reynolds and Dan Stumm,” Mr Tembel said.
