SYDNEY TECHNOLOGY and corporate law firm Truman Hoyle have advised Australian software company ComOps Ltd in successfully raising over $8 million and on the negotiation and completion of the acquisition of Human Capital Solutions and Concentric Business Solutions. Shareholders approved the transactions and the acquisitions were finalised late last year.

Corporate partner Steven Goodman headed up the Truman Hoyle team, assisted by partner Alex Ninis and solicitor Sharon Robson.

ComOps provides business software products and services in relation to mobile workforce automation, e-commerce, business intelligence, resource planning and retail solutions. According to the Truman Hoyle team, these initial acquisitions form part of ComOps’ larger scale strategy to progressively acquire a portfolio of technology companies. The company’s intention is to expand the scale of its business by increasing its range of product offerings.
