Deal significance: Dye & Durham Limited is described as a TSX-listed provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions designed to improve efficiency and increase productivity for legal and business professionals. “Again we were able to provide the client with seamless 24/7 service via our Australian and Canadian offices on this time critical transaction.”
