Ms Mak is a leading M&A lawyer who has acted for both corporate and privacy equity clients across the globe on cross-border public and private matters, foreign investment, equity raisings, buy-backs and restructurings. According to the firm, Ms Mak also advises ASIC and ASX regulatory work and corporate governance issues.

She has taken away several awards for her work, including at the Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards and the 2020 Women in Law Awards.
