Allens appoints energy partner
An experienced energy lawyer has joined Allens’ partnership based in Melbourne.
Louis Chiam has been named as the newest partner to join Allens’ projects and development team in a move it says bolsters the firm’s energy practice.

Mr Chiam, who joins Allens from King & Wood Mallesons, brings considerable experience to the firm, having built up vast experience in energy, regulation, climate change matters and major projects.

“He brings with him almost 25 years’ experience working with a wide variety of clients on a range of projects and investments.
