Kirsty Campbell, Stephen Carlton, Kristian Cywicki, Jennifer Galatas, Paul Marshall and Zachary Tyler have been named as the newest counsel at White & Case, across the firm’s Melbourne and Sydney offices.

At the firm, counsel is a role given to senior lawyers with significant experience in a particular practice area. The title is used across the firm, in all offices, as an alternative career path to partnership but does not preclude consideration for promotion to partner.

White & Case chair Hugh Verrier said that “these promotions are a demonstration that White & Case is a truly global and diverse law firm which invests in its people for the long term.

“These lawyers are successful in their careers because they have exceptional ability, are dedicated to providing clients with the highest standards of service and have a commitment to the continued success of our firm.”
