Deal: G+T has advised the founders of CRO Southern Star Research on its sale to Quadrant Private Equity’s Growth Fund.

Value: Undisclosed.  

Area: M&A, finance.

Key players: The G+T team was led by corporate advisory partner David Josselsohn with support from lawyers Muli Zhou and Rohit Duggal. The corporate team was also supported by specialists throughout the firm.

Deal significance: Southern Star Research is a leading Australian full-service Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with a diverse client profile, ranging from large multinational pharmaceutical companies to smaller start-ups.
