Australian private equity firm Quadrant has been advised on its acquisition, and investment in, an Australia and New Zealand construction and infrastructure sector provider.
Firm: Allens (Quadrant Private Equity)
Value: Undisclosed
Area: M&A
Key players: The Allens team was led by M&A partner Tom Story, who was assisted by senior associate James Nguyen, associates Terence Zhou and Charlie George and lawyer Adam Silver, as well as members of the TMT, employment, real estate and IP teams.
