Ms Finn has come over from Justitia Lawyers & Consultants, where she spent more than four years. Prior to that, she worked as a principal legal adviser at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission.
Maddocks partner and head of the firm’s employment, safety and people team in Melbourne Catherine Dunlop said that Ms Finn is an “outstanding” addition to the team.
“Taboka has vast experience advising both public and private sector clients on matters of great sensitivity and importance to the effective running of their organisations,” she said.
“Taboka takes a proactive approach and she is valued by her clients for spotlighting and solving possible issues before they arise.”
