Sparke Helmore bolsters construction, projects and infrastructure team
Sparke Helmore has welcomed a new special counsel, who brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm.
Claire Clutterham has joined the Sparke Helmore construction, projects and infrastructure team as a special counsel, based in the firm’s Adelaide office.

Ms Clutterham provides advice in connection with infrastructure projects, acquisition and sustainment contracts and building developments and has more than 15 years of experience in many forms of alternative dispute resolution, specifically arbitration, mediation and expert determination.
Partner and construction, projects and infrastructure leader Paul Tobin said that Ms Clutterham would make a valuable addition to the team.
“Claire is a talented and experienced lawyer and we’re thrilled that she has chosen Sparke Helmore,” he said.
“She will add a great deal of depth to our national team having spent almost a decade working on construction and infrastructure matters for Magic Circle law firms in Dubai, Hong Kong and Sydney and as in-house counsel in the defence industry.”
