Ms Parry has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, equity capital markets and public company takeovers, as well as blockchain-based digital assets. Prior to her time at HWL Ebsworth, she ran her own legal practice and held a role in the litigation team at Herbert Smith Freehills. 

Hunt & Hunt Victoria managing principal Tony Raunic said that Ms Parry’s nuanced knowledge would be a welcome addition to the team.
