Deal significance: The transaction is one of the first of its kind in Australia, with the new industry growing at an increasing pace as a result of the recent introduction of a new legislative framework facilitating the development of offshore wind projects.

The transaction is expected to be completed in late 2022, subject to regulatory approvals.
